The Sparta CD Club caters for your every musical need. Whether you want to hear the latest releases or the sounds of yesteryear. From the Vaccines to the Velvet Underground. Alt J to Debussy. Jake Bugg to Billie Holiday.

 

The club has thousands of CDs for hire

… and if they don’t have what you want they’re open to suggestions.

It’s free to join. You pay only 50p to hire a CD for a week. A little more for box sets…

​

The club gets no funding and is run by volunteers in their lunch hour. They don’t want to be a secret little society – they want to share their love of music. And the more CDs they hire out the more new ones they can buy.

The club is housed in the 2 Marsham Street Recreation room and is held every Tuesday lunchtime.
