SPARTA Needs You

At SPARTA we are always trying to make a difference by improving what we can offer you but to do that we need your help.

Volunteers

Our clubs are run by volunteers. They help at the clubs because they enjoy the particular activity that their club does. Without their help their club would struggle to continue operating.

Some of our volunteers have been doing their work at the clubs for a long time and they need your help to ensure that the clubs continue to operate and develop.

We also need volunteers to help at events such as Sport and Wellbeing Day.

So if you fancy volunteering for a club or at one of our events then please do get in contact with us at SPARTA@dft.gov.uk

Without your help SPARTA would not be able to do all the great things that it does, so we thank you for all your continued help.

Membership Review

SPARTA has found some inconsistencies in our membership lists so we are currently undertaking a review of our membership.

We will issuing new membership numbers to everyone who joined before July 2020 and contacting most of you to confirm your membership status, so watch out for an email from us.

Website Design

Are there any budding website designers out there? Are you interested in helping us to review and update our website?

The current SPARTA website has been around for 5 years now. Websites across the internet evolve so quickly that we cannot keep up with the latest designs but do need to know what our website should look like. Do you have any ideas about our website design?

Send us some examples of good websites and let's work together to create a really good future SPARTA website.
